The Role

As a team member, your responsibilities will include providing support to individuals facing mental health challenges, learning disabilities, and autism.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with daily living tasks such as dressing, personal hygiene, and meal preparation.
  • Engaging in recreational activities, outings to entertainment venues, or vacations.
  • Supporting individuals in maintaining an independent lifestyle within their homes and the surrounding community.
  • Administering prescribed medications as necessary.
  • Completing daily care documentation.
  • Upholding safeguarding duties to ensure the rights of adults to live safely and free from harm.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Passionate about providing care and making a meaningful impact; prior experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Possesses a compassionate and positive demeanor.
  • Energetic and empathetic.
  • Capable of adapting to challenging situations and demonstrating resilience.
  • Has a good sense of humor.
