Youth Mentor Opportunity in Hillingdon

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Youth Mentor to join our team at Teach360. As a Youth Mentor, you will play a vital role in supporting children with challenging behaviours in a secondary school setting.

About the Role:

  • Support students with challenging behaviours, providing guidance and mentorship to help them overcome their difficulties.
  • Work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement effective behaviour management strategies.
  • Plan and deliver community and social events to help students build positive relationships and develop essential life skills.
  • Contribute to the development of a supportive and inclusive school environment.
