Youth Mentor

We are seeking a skilled Youth Mentor to join our team at a secondary school in Hillingdon. As a Youth Mentor, you will play a vital role in supporting students with challenging behaviours, providing guidance and mentorship to help them overcome their difficulties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one support to students with challenging behaviours
- Develop and implement behaviour management plans to help students improve their behaviour
- Work closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure students receive a comprehensive education
- Plan and deliver community and social events to help students develop social skills and build relationships
