Children's Youth Mentor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Youth Mentor to join our team at Teach360. As a Youth Mentor, you will work closely with children and young people who have challenging behaviour, providing individualised support and guidance to help them overcome their difficulties.
About the Role:
- Provide one-to-one and group support to pupils with challenging behaviour
- Identify and implement strategies to help students achieve their academic and personal goals
- Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement behaviour interventions
