Youth Mentor

We are seeking a skilled Youth Mentor to join our team at Teach360. As a Youth Mentor, you will work closely with pupils who require additional support due to SEMH and behavioural difficulties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 support to pupils outside of the classroom
- Develop and implement behaviour management strategies
- Build positive relationships with pupils and staff
- Collaborate with the teaching team to ensure pupil progress
About the School:
The SEMH School is a forward-thinking institution that caters to 90 students with SEMH and behavioural difficulties. Our school provides a supportive environment that enables learners to reach their full potential.
Requirements:
- Strong behaviour management skills
- Ability to adapt to challenging situations
- Team Teach training desirable but not essential
