Position Overview:

  • Perform general office tasks including filing and faxing
  • Assist with various administrative functions
  • Oversee the management of incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Adhere to security protocols
  • Support the process related to learner allowances
  • Welcome visitors with a warm demeanor
  • Coordinate bookings for meeting rooms
  • Provide comprehensive administrative assistance

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of two GCSEs in Mathematics and English
