About the Role:

The Spicerhaart group is a leading independent estate agency business in the UK, investing in the future of estate agency and partnerships with high-flying individuals. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced estate agent to join our team as a Partner in the Newmarket area.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Building and developing the estate agency profile in the designated core area
  • Developing business contacts with local constituencies to further referrals and the estate agency network
  • Utilizing a super hub office nearby to value and convert market appraisal opportunities
  • Overseeing instructions to completion, with the support of sales negotiators, sale progression, and admin staff

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of estate agency experience
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and desire to be the best estate agent in the area
  • Ability to build local relationships, generate business, and market personal brand
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to offer a unique customer experience
