We are seeking a visionary Director of Digital Products to lead our digital product strategy and drive innovation within our dynamic environment.

Role Overview:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital product strategy aligned with market trends and customer needs in the Funds/Asset Management industry.
  • Define clear product vision, goals, and roadmap for continuous improvement and expansion of our digital offerings.
  • Lead cross-functional teams through all stages of product development, ensuring seamless collaboration between engineering, design, marketing, and sales.
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify emerging opportunities, customer pain points, and competitive landscapes within the financial technology sector.
  • Champion user-centric design principles to create intuitive and engaging digital experiences that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive data-informed decision making.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior management, product teams, and technology partners, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the digital landscape.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of talented product professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
Required Experience:
  • Proven track record of success in leading digital product development within the financial services industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate market insights into actionable product strategies and roadmaps.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
