We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Digital Products and Solutions to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in developing and executing our product strategy and launching innovative solutions that support our overall business objectives and goals.

About the Role

As a Director of Digital Products and Solutions, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and Executing a Comprehensive Digital Product Strategy: Align our digital product strategy with business objectives, market trends, and customer insights.
  • Defining Product Vision and Roadmap: Create a clear product vision, goals, and roadmap to drive product innovation and differentiation.
  • Leading Product Development: Conceptualize, prioritize, and execute digital product initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business and user needs into actionable product requirements.
  • Driving Agile Product Development: Lead the agile product development process to deliver high-quality digital solutions on time and within budget.
  • Conducting Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market opportunities, trends, and customer pain points, leveraging insights to inform product strategy and feature prioritization.
  • Championing User-Centric Design: Champion user-centric design principles to create intuitive and engaging digital experiences, collaborating with UX/UI designers to ensure seamless user journeys and effective information architecture.
  • Defining Key Performance Indicators: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success and impact of digital products, analyzing product performance data, customer feedback, and usability testing results to iterate on product features and enhance user satisfaction.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership, business units, technology partners, and regulatory bodies, communicating product vision, strategy, and progress effectively to gain alignment and support.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in the development and deployment of digital products, collaborating with legal and compliance teams to mitigate risks and uphold data security and privacy standards.
  • Team Leadership: Provide strategic direction, mentorship, and coaching to a team of product managers, designers, and developers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning to drive high performance and employee engagement.

About You

  • We seek a strong understanding of customer needs, particularly in the Funds and Asset Management industry, as well as the competitive environment and market forces needed to launch a successful product solution.
  • A master's degree and eight years of related experience, or a bachelor's degree and ten years of related experience, or a high school degree and 12 years of related experience.
  • Demonstratable leadership ability in client discussions, with evidence of engagement in industry user groups and client forums.
  • Evidence of market analysis that anticipates industry direction, evaluates the feasibility and financial justification for new products and/or new releases of existing products, and identifies requirements for future and current products in the context of the company's strengths and capabilities, technologies, quality, costs, customer interactions, and marketplace demands.
  • Ability to define target prospects and assist sales in lead generation, overseeing the product life cycle from conception through retirement.
  • Works closely with functional teams, including technical architecture and development teams, to ensure that appropriate processes are being adhered to meet financial, timing, and customer expectations.
  • Possesses knowledge of overall product development processes and marketing strategy and has analysis/project management mindsets to thrive in a demanding environment.
  • A leader with broad operational or functional responsibilities who participates with other senior leaders or executives to establish and ensure the achievement of strategic plans and objectives.
  • Demonstrates in-depth company knowledge, specialized skills, and influence to solve critical and complex issues.
  • Participates in the development and administration of broad-scope programs and projects that have a significant impact on operational or functional success.
