Role Overview:
As a pivotal member of our leadership team, the Site Operations Leader is responsible for overseeing the operations at our facility, ensuring the delivery of a diverse range of products with a focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

- Allocate resources effectively to optimize production schedules and enhance overall manufacturing performance.
- Guide and mentor the operations team, setting clear objectives and fostering professional development.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators to drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness in operations.
