About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Support Assistant to join our team at Royal Papworth Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. As a Clinical Support Assistant - Patient Environment, you will play a vital role in ensuring the clinical environment is clean and safe for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the nursing team in the preparation of the clinic areas
  • Clean equipment used in the outpatient area
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to maintain a safe and clean environment
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and patients to ensure seamless care delivery
Person Specification

We are looking for an individual who possesses excellent communication skills, is able to work well under supervision, and is committed to upholding the Trust's values of Compassion, Excellence, and Collaboration.

The ideal candidate will have recent experience of working with the general public, communicating with a range of different people, and be able to demonstrate the ability to organise and manage their own workload effectively.
