Sign-On Bonus:

Role Summary:
The Patient Care Technician (PCT) or Nurse's Aid plays a vital role in assisting licensed nursing staff in delivering high-quality patient care. This position is integral to the healthcare team, addressing both the emotional and physical needs of patients. Ideal candidates will exhibit outstanding customer service abilities and possess strong multitasking skills. The PCT serves as a positive role model and encourages a spirit of teamwork.

Educational Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Essential Skills:
- Effective communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.

Experience Requirements:
- No prior experience is necessary; comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.

Licensure/Certification:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required; training will be available.
