About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Support Assistant to join our team at Royal Papworth Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. As a Clinical Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the clinical environment is clean and safe for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the nursing team in the preparation of clinic areas and cleaning equipment used in the outpatient area.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to maintain a safe and clean environment for patients.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and patients to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Contribute to the upkeep of the outpatient department, ensuring it remains clean and organized.
Person Specification

We are looking for an individual who:

  • Has recent experience of working with the general public and communicating with a range of different people.
  • Can communicate effectively with colleagues on everyday organisational matters.
  • Is able to work under supervision and demonstrate the ability to organise and manage own workload effectively.
  • Can treat all information confidentially and work within a team to achieve work under pressure.
  • Is able to communicate information verbally and write and record relevant information.
