Compensation and Benefits

Sign-On Bonus

We are currently offering a sign-on bonus of up to $2,500 for full-time Patient Care Technicians/Nurse Aides. This is a great opportunity to join our team and start your career in healthcare.

Job Summary

The Patient Care Technician (PCT) or Nurse's Aid plays a vital role in providing patient care and supporting the licensed nurse in delivering high-quality care. As a PCT, you will assist with emotional and physical needs of patients, provide basic care and support, and promote a positive and respectful environment.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High School Education or equivalent
  • Good communication skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

While no experience is required, we prefer candidates with prior experience in healthcare or a related field. On-the-job training will be provided to ensure your success in this role.

Certifications and Training

We provide training and certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) to ensure our PCTs are equipped to provide high-quality care.
