General Manager of Global Spirits Business

We are seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead our UK and Ireland operations, driving profitable growth across our portfolio of strong global brands, including Jose Cuervo, 1800 Tequila, Bushmills, and Kraken Spiced Rum.

About the Role

This is a genuine all-encompassing General Management role, requiring a deep understanding of the Spirits sector and the ability to execute key business plans. You will need to demonstrate significant commercial and/or general management experience, with a proven track record of driving profitable growth and developing brand equity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the P&L for the business in the UK and Ireland, heading up all commercial, sales, marketing, and business development.
  • Develop and execute business plans to drive profitable growth across our portfolio of brands.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including buying groups and trade partners.
  • Lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, delivery, and contribution to the wider business.
