General Manager of Spirits Portfolio

Proximo is seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead our Spirits portfolio in the UK and Ireland. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth across our brands, including Jose Cuervo, 1800 Tequila, Bushmills, and Kraken Spiced Rum.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business plans to drive revenue growth and profitability
  • Lead commercial, sales, marketing, and business development efforts
  • Manage the P&L for the business in the UK and Ireland
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of leading and running an entrepreneurial business in the Spirits or Beer sector
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive profitable growth
  • Experience in developing brand equity and managing complex sales channels
  • Deep understanding of the Spirits/Beer sector and strong links into the trade
