General Manager of Spirits and Beer

Proximo is seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead our Spirits and Beer business in the UK and Ireland. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth across our portfolio of brands, including Jose Cuervo, 1800 Tequila, Bushmills, and Kraken Spiced Rum.

About the Role

This is a genuine all-encompassing General Management role that requires a deep understanding of the Spirits and Beer industry. You will need to demonstrate significant commercial and/or general management experience, with a proven track record of executing key business plans and adopting different management styles depending on the situation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business plans to drive profitable growth across our portfolio of brands
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve operational efficiency
