About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Trafford Leisure. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our customers, ensuring that their experience with us is positive and memorable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answering inbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Liaising with other departments to resolve customer queries and obtain information.
  • Recording customer interactions, documenting feedback, and consulting with management to improve customer experience.
  • Handling financial transactions, adhering to our systems and processes.
  • Reviewing data to develop and improve our customer experience through self-service and online channels.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers over the phone, email, and online.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently, with a strong focus on delivering results.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer information.
  • Ability to proactively identify and initiate improvements within the team.
