Role Summary:
We are in search of a proactive, innovative, and seasoned Regional Operations Manager to become a vital part of our organization. This position entails supervising our semi-independent living services, ensuring that the utmost standards of care and support are upheld.

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the Regional Operations Manager will play a key role in budget management, staff supervision, and fostering positive outcomes for the children and young individuals in our care.

WTG Holdings Ltd is a reputable and quality-focused private provider of semi-independent and children's residential services.

Key Duties:

  • Supervise the daily functions of our semi-independent services, ensuring adherence to all applicable regulations and standards.
  • Effectively manage and allocate budgets to ensure financial viability and efficiency.
  • Lead, mentor, and support a diverse team of professionals, promoting a positive and collaborative work culture.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures that enhance service delivery and improve outcomes for children and young individuals.
  • Monitor and assess the performance of services, identifying areas for enhancement and executing necessary modifications.
  • Ensure all services provide a secure, nurturing, and supportive environment for children and young individuals.
  • Collaborate closely with the Chief Executive Officer to align operational strategies with the overarching goals of the organization.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including local authorities and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in a comparable role within the semi-independent sector.
  • Strong leadership and management capabilities, with a proven history of successfully leading teams.
  • Excellent understanding of budget management and financial planning.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of relevant regulations and standards within the care sector.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to fostering positive outcomes for children and young individuals.
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to the needs of the organization.
  • Good knowledge of relevant UK regulations and safeguarding procedures.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team and external agencies.
  • Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of children.
  • Enhanced DBS check.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Valid UK driving license is desirable.
