Role Summary:
We are in search of a proactive, innovative, and seasoned Regional Operations Manager to become a vital part of our organization. This position entails supervising our semi-independent living services, ensuring that the utmost standards of care and support are upheld.
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the Regional Operations Manager will play a crucial role in budget management, staff supervision, and fostering positive outcomes for the children and young individuals in our care.
WTG Holdings Ltd is a reputable and quality-focused private provider of semi-independent and children's residential services.With a strong dedication to delivering exceptional care and support, we aim to create positive outcomes for the children and young individuals we serve.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily functions of our semi-independent services, ensuring adherence to all applicable regulations and standards.
- Effectively manage and allocate budgets to ensure financial viability and cost-effectiveness.
- Lead, mentor, and support a diverse team of professionals, promoting a positive and collaborative work atmosphere.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that enhance service delivery and improve outcomes for children and young individuals.
- Monitor and assess the performance of services, identifying areas for enhancement and executing necessary modifications.
- Ensure all services provide a secure, nurturing, and supportive environment for children and young individuals.
- Collaborate closely with the Chief Executive Officer to align operational strategies with the overarching goals of the organization.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including local authorities and regulatory agencies.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in a comparable role within the semi-independent sector.
- Strong leadership and management capabilities, with a proven history of successfully leading teams.
- Excellent understanding of budget management and financial planning.
- Comprehensive knowledge of relevant regulations and standards within the care sector.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to fostering positive outcomes for children and young individuals.
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to the organization's needs.
- Good knowledge of relevant UK regulations and safeguarding protocols.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team and external agencies.
- Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of children.
- Enhanced DBS check.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Valid UK driving license is desirable.
