Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and fluent French speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Search. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving any issues that may arise, and ensuring that our clients are satisfied with our services.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to easily converse in fluent French. You will also have good customer service experience from a call/contact centre environment and be comfortable with Microsoft Outlook and other ad-hoc administration duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer customer queries and resolve any issues that may arise
- Liaise with internal and external departments where required
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients
