Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Advisor. As a Customer Advisor, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have a positive shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of our products and services, including their features and benefits.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales targets and provide a seamless shopping experience.
- Store Operations: Assist with store operations, including maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring that all products are properly displayed and stocked.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a positive and flexible attitude.
- Product Knowledge: Strong knowledge of our products and services, with the ability to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities, with a flexible and proactive approach.
