Recruitment Consultant – Language Speakers Wanted

Our client, a global leader in SAAS and Fintech, is seeking bi-lingual graduates to join their dynamic team as a Recruitment Consultant. Founded in 2016, they provide high-quality bespoke services to their tech partners across the globe, covering the EMEA, North America, and JAPAC regions.

They have built long-lasting relationships with Private Equity Firms, exciting Start-Ups, Series Funded, and VC-backed businesses within SaaS and ITSaaS Software Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, Software Development/Engineering, Cybersecurity, and Finance & Operations.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients and candidates, utilizing your language skills to facilitate successful placements. The ideal candidate will have full business proficiency in one of the following languages: French, German, Spanish, Dutch, Italian, or any Nordic language.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and recruit top talent for clients across various industries
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
  • Utilize language skills to communicate effectively with clients and candidates
  • Meet and exceed sales targets

Requirements:

  • Graduate from a Top 40 University with a 2:1 or higher
  • Full business proficiency in one of the following languages: French, German, Spanish, Dutch, Italian, or any Nordic language
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
