Key Responsibilities- End-to-End Recruitment Process Management: Manage the entire recruitment process for temporary, contract, and permanent business support roles across multiple industry sectors.
- Client Relationship Development: Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of client organisations, their industry sector, function in the marketplace, culture, and environment.
- Business Development and Lead Generation: Facilitate meetings with contacts within both prospective and existing client organisations to understand their requirements, discuss potential services, review contract performance, negotiate charge rates and fees.
- Performance Metrics and Reporting: Work towards quarterly revenue targets and KPIs, and report on activity and billings.
- Candidate Sourcing and Management: Maintain regular contact with candidates through follow-up phone calls, and source, telephone screen, schedule registration interviews, and interview candidates.
- Team Support and Coverage: Provide cover for consultant absences and annual leave periods.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of the recruitment industry, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
