Your Responsibilities

With a background in either the NHS or private healthcare, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care in a mental health environment while nurturing teamwork and collaboration among your colleagues. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the delivery of nursing care and clinical services, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
  • Delegating nursing tasks effectively and coordinating with various teams.
  • Monitoring the health conditions of service users and responding proactively to any changes.
  • Providing mentorship and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Making informed decisions regarding staff assignments, scheduling, and resource management.
  • Acting as a liaison between nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Qualifications and Skills

  • A valid nursing qualification.
  • Current NMC registration.

  • A low secure care setting for men with mental illness, including those with personality disorders or mild learning disabilities.
