Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Strategy Manager to join our team. As a Clinical Strategy Manager, you will play a key role in developing and implementing clinical strategies that drive business growth and improve patient outcomes. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and implement plans that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement clinical strategies that drive business growth and improve patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and implement plans
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, payers, and regulatory agencies
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform clinical strategy development
  • Develop and maintain clinical content, including product information, clinical guidelines, and educational materials
  • Provide clinical input to support product development and commercialization
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a healthcare-related field (e.g., nursing, medicine, public health)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a clinical or healthcare-related role
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful clinical strategies
  • Strong understanding of wound care and negative pressure therapy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
