Role Overview: We are excited to announce several openings for the position of Customer Service Advisor within our Customer Experience team. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive starting salary, with opportunities for salary progression and additional shift allowances.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for our customers, addressing their inquiries and providing efficient solutions.
  • Engage with customers through various communication channels, ensuring their concerns are resolved promptly.
  • Utilize your problem-solving skills to assist customers with billing queries and operational issues.
  • Participate in a comprehensive training program designed to equip you with the necessary skills for success in this role.

What We Seek:

  • A good educational background, ideally with qualifications in English and Maths.
  • Strong communication abilities and a friendly demeanor.
  • A proactive approach to customer service, with the ability to empathize and resolve issues effectively.
  • Previous experience in customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
