Temporary, expected to work Part-Time hours

Salary:

£20 - £30 Per hour

Job Duties:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualised educational support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
  • Develop and implement tailored teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students.
  • Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment for students with SEN.
  • Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure the holistic development of students.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting teaching methods as necessary.
Required Qualifications:

A recognised teaching qualification

Education:

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field

Experience:

Prior experience working with students with SEN

Knowledge and Skills:

Essential Skills:

  • In-depth understanding of Special Educational Needs (SEN)
  • Ability to differentiate instruction to meet individual student needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience and empathy when working with students with SEN
  • Knowledge of relevant educational technologies
Working Conditions:

  • Adhere to relevant policies and procedures related to SEN education
