The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a calm and consistent approach, and experience working with SEN pupils. You will be required to work closely with Class Teachers and staff, Parents, Special Needs Leader, and Outside Agencies to provide the best possible support for our students.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop professionally in a positive, supportive, and welcoming environment.
