The successful candidate will work closely with class teachers and staff to provide individualized support to students with SEN, promoting their learning and development in a positive and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with SEN, adapting activities to meet their individual needs.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement personalized learning plans.
  • Assist with the preparation and delivery of lessons, ensuring that students with SEN are fully engaged and supported.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure that students receive the best possible support.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture, promoting the well-being and achievement of all students.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with students with SEN, preferably in a school setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • A calm and patient approach, with the ability to adapt to changing situations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and proactive attitude.
