Job Title: SEN Tutor

Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated SEN Tutor to provide individualized educational support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in South East England, Surrey, Horley.

Job Type:

This is a temporary, part-time position with the possibility of becoming permanent.

Salary:

The hourly rate for this role is £20-£30, inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement tailored teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students with SEN.

2. Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters the holistic development of students.

3. Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure the effective support of students with SEN.

4. Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting teaching methods as necessary.

Requirements:

A recognized teaching qualification and a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant field are required.

Desirable Qualities:

Experience working with students with SEN, strong communication and interpersonal skills, patience, and empathy are highly valued.

Working Conditions:

This role involves working in an educational setting, collaborating with students, parents, and educational professionals, and adhering to relevant policies and procedures related to SEN education.
