Biology and IT Teacher for SEN School Required

We are supporting a well-established Special Educational Needs (SEN) school, committed to fostering a nurturing and inclusive learning environment for students aged 11 to 19 with SEMH. Their mission is to help students thrive academically and personally, equipping them with the tools they need to succeed.

As a Biology and IT Teacher at this school, you will play a vital role in delivering stimulating lessons that inspire curiosity and support emotional and social growth.

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Biology and IT lessons tailored to the diverse learning needs of SEMH students.
  • Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment where all students feel supported and encouraged.
  • Use varied teaching strategies and adapt your approach to suit students' unique needs and learning styles.
  • Collaborate with other teachers, support staff, and external professionals to develop Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
  • Experience teaching Biology and IT, with a passion for these subjects.

The salary for this position ranges from £30,000 to £45,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
