• Recruitment - collaborating with recruitment agencies, managing correspondence related to applications, scheduling interviews, handling job offers, and coordinating start dates.
• Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and setup.
• Ensure that employment contracts are accurate, up-to-date, and properly stored in electronic format.
• Monitor employee attendance and absence.
• Prepare payroll reports, both electronically and manually.
• Address daily inquiries from staff members.
• Administer disciplinary actions and performance evaluations.
• Conduct exit interviews and manage the offboarding process for departing employees.
