Overview

Gymshark is a brand that unites the conditioning community, and we're looking for a dedicated individual to join our team in a permanent retail space. As a key member of the store team, you'll play a pivotal role in bringing our brand to life. Our store will offer a unique experience that's welcoming and inclusive to all, and we're committed to providing a safe space for everyone to belong.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide an exceptional community experience by being a Gymshark ambassador.
  • Contribute to the store's community, values, and shared goals.
  • Ensure customers have an unforgettable shopping experience.
  • Seamlessly move between store areas while delivering a consistent experience.
  • Demonstrate Gymshark products, work with customers to identify their needs, and match them with the right products.
  • Proactively approach customers, support queries, and share product knowledge.
  • Support with processing deliveries, audits, and promotions.
  • Ensure the store looks and feels ready to invite the world in.
  • Engage customers to bring them into the Gymshark community and share the brand story.
  • Support events in store, helping to inform and excite the community.
  • Meet new and current members of the Gymshark community, update them on upcoming events, and create a fun, inclusive, and diverse community.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure training is followed and completed.
Requirements
  • A passion for community, wellness, or fitness.
  • Enjoy talking to people and be at ease approaching customers and discussing our products.
  • A passion for delivering an awesome customer experience.
  • A passion for retail environments and teamwork.
  • Enthusiasm and a driven attitude.
  • Clear communication skills.
  • A natural networker and connector.
  • Comfortable with digital technology.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays.
  • Meet the relevant right to work requirements in the UK.
