About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Community Ambassador. As a key member of our store team, you will play a pivotal part in bringing Gymshark to life in our retail space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide an exceptional community experience by being a Gymshark ambassador.
  • Contribute to the development of our community, values, and shared goals.
  • Ensure our community has an unforgettable shopping experience.
  • Seamlessly move between all areas of the store while delivering a consistent experience.
  • Demonstrate Gymshark products, work with customers to identify their needs, and match them with the right products.
  • Proactively approach customers, support queries, and share product knowledge.
  • Support with processing deliveries, audits, and promotions.
  • Ensure the store looks and feels ready to invite the world in.
  • Engage customers to bring them into the Gymshark community and share the brand story.
  • Support events in store, helping to inform and excite the community.
  • Meet new and current members of the Gymshark community, updating them on exciting events coming to store, creating a fun, inclusive, and diverse community.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure training is both followed and completed.
Requirements
  • A passion for community, wellness, or fitness.
  • Enjoy talking to people and be at ease approaching customers and talking about our products.
  • A passion for delivering awesome customer experience.
  • A passion for retail environments and teamwork.
  • Enthusiasm and drive.
  • Clear communication skills.
  • A natural networker and connector.
  • Comfortable with digital technology.
  • Ability to commit to working flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays.
  • Meet the relevant right to work requirements in the UK.
