Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional community experience by being a Gymshark ambassador.
  • Contribute to the store's community, values, and shared goals.
  • Ensure our customers have an unforgettable shopping experience.
  • Seamlessly move between store areas while delivering a consistent experience.
  • Demonstrate Gymshark products, work with customers to identify their needs, and match them with the right products.
  • Proactively approach customers, support queries, and share product knowledge.
  • Support with processing deliveries, audits, and promotions.
  • Ensure the store looks and feels ready to invite the world in.
  • Engage customers to bring them into the Gymshark community and share the brand story.
