We are seeking a Facilities Management Administrator to oversee the essential administrative functions of our contract, ensuring all aspects are efficiently managed to support operational delivery.
Working within a high-pressure environment, effective communication skills and a strong customer service orientation are essential. As the Facilities Management Administrator, you will manage the FM helpdesk using the CAFM system, serving as the primary contact for issue resolution and providing timely updates to stakeholders.
You will collaborate closely with the broader operational team to facilitate smooth operations and maintain precise asset records within the CAFM system, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date. Additionally, you will generate analytical reports and forecasts based on CAFM data, delivering critical insights for informed decision-making.
The standard working hours for this role are typically from . am to . PM, Monday to Friday. However, for the right candidate, flexible working arrangements may be considered to align with business requirements. This position is integral to the Facilities Management function, and we are looking for a proactive individual who can enhance our operations and contribute positively to the team, with opportunities for further professional development.
Key Responsibilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with all levels within the organization
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with strong report writing capabilities
- Familiarity with payroll processing systems
- Understanding of procurement systems
- Competence in CAFM systems is preferred, with the potential to become a subject matter expert
- Excellent analytical and organizational abilities
- Self-driven with effective time management and prioritization skills
- Logical and analytical approach to problem-solving
- Solid understanding of Facilities Management principles
- Willingness to work weekends as necessary
- Experience in adhering to contractual obligations
