At Air Partner, we are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our Bracknell-based Training Academy team as a Training Administrator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our training courses for all delegates and providing excellent customer service as the first point of contact for our internal and external clients.

Key responsibilities include setting up training rooms, welcoming and supporting delegates, distributing passes and course materials, and maintaining facilities and stationary stocks. You will also be responsible for inputting training course data into our Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) and preparing and sending feedback reports.

We are looking for an individual with strong administration and IT skills, excellent attention to detail, and good communication skills. If you are a motivated and organized individual with a can-do attitude, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
