Key Responsibilities

  • Guide junior team members, including managing workflows, reviewing outputs, and providing training.
  • Prepare and assess year-end financial statements.
  • Prepare and evaluate tax submissions.
  • Contribute to the firm's business development initiatives, including networking and marketing efforts.
  • Analyze processes and implement more effective service delivery methods.
  • Lead by example as a hands-on and supportive Manager.
