About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and personable individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Pegasus Homes. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of our developments, providing exceptional customer service, and building strong relationships with our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide general customer service and be the point of contact for our owners and tenants
  • Conduct regular checks, including fire alarm testing, water flushing, and emergency light testing
  • Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Development, and Completions
  • Facilitate external contractors and ensure the Health & Safety requirements of each development are met
  • Assist with the move-in process and help our customers settle into their new homes
  • Organize events and activities for our customers, fostering a sense of community
  • Deal with emergencies quickly and calmly, providing a reassuring presence for our residents
  • Build lasting relationships with our homeowners and their families
Requirements
  • Professional and highly organized approach
  • Proactive attitude and ability to use initiative
  • In-person customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong IT skills, with knowledge of Google Workspace an advantage
  • Experience in facilities/property management, with a knowledge of health & safety an advantage
