About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reward Partner to join our team at Vistry Group PLC. As a key member of our People Team, you will play a critical role in shaping our compensation and benefits programs to support our business strategy and drive employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement compensation and benefits programs that align with our business objectives and industry best practices.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team on compensation and benefits matters.
  • Collaborate with the People and Culture team to design and deliver total rewards programs that drive employee retention and attraction.
  • Analyze market data and trends to inform compensation and benefits decisions and ensure competitiveness.
  • Communicate effectively with senior leaders and stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in on compensation and benefits strategies.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of compensation and benefits data and metrics.

  • Proven experience in compensation and benefits management, with a strong understanding of industry best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • Relevant qualifications and certifications in compensation and benefits management, such as CEP or CEBS.
