About the Role
As a Personal Lines Insurance Adviser, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring the conversion of new business, service of existing accounts, and retention of renewals. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and deliver against agreed Renewal Retention or New Business Targets, contributing towards the team's overall targets and KPIs.
- Conduct thorough pre-renewal reviews with clients annually, ensuring they are aware of their policy options and making informed decisions.
- Conduct a full market review for each client, offering the most suitable policy and product to meet their needs.
- Invite all Personal Lines policies in good time, in line with our operational guidance of 21 days prior to the renewal date.
- Ensure policies are renewed on or before the renewal date, minimizing any potential disruption to clients.
- Complete all roles and tasks as required by your line manager, ensuring all operational priorities and company rules, procedures, and policies for risk and compliance are adhered to.
- Manage and prioritize your tasks, ensuring they are up-to-date and not overdue.
- Identify and discuss with clients cross-sell opportunities, driving business growth and increasing revenue.
- Adhere to our Training & Competency scheme and pass audits, ensuring you have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform your role effectively.

Requirements
- Knowledge of Personal Lines Insurance covering Motor and Household risks.
- Insurance experience of handling new enquiries, renewals, and mid-term adjustments.
- Good knowledge of the Personal Lines Market place.
- Ability to identify the best policy to meet clients' needs.
- Ability to take responsibility for your own performance.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
