Brown & Brown (Europe) is seeking a highly skilled Insurance Professional to join our team as a Personal Lines Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice to clients on personal insurance matters, ensuring the conversion of new business, service of existing accounts, and retention of renewals to achieve company income targets.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of personal lines insurance, including motor and household risks, and will be able to identify the best policy to meet clients' needs. You will be responsible for conducting thorough pre-renewal reviews, carrying out full market reviews, and inviting clients to renew their policies in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and deliver against agreed renewal retention or new business targets, contributing to the team's overall targets and KPIs.
- Ensure thorough pre-renewal reviews are carried out annually with clients.
- Conduct full market reviews to offer the most suitable policy and product to clients.
- Invite clients to renew their policies in line with operational guidance.
- Ensure policies are renewed on or before the renewal date.
- Complete all roles and tasks as required by your line manager, adhering to operational priorities and company rules, procedures, and policies for risk and compliance.
- Manage and prioritize tasks to ensure they are up to date and not overdue.
- Identify and discuss cross-sell opportunities with clients.
- Adhere to the company's Training & Competency scheme and pass audits.

Requirements
