Lifeguard Role:

We are on the lookout for enthusiastic and motivating individuals to become part of our premier swimming instruction team across the UK. As a Lifeguard, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safety and enjoyment of our patrons at diverse venues.

Key Duties:

  • Warmly welcome and assist customers upon arrival
  • Maintain exemplary standards of cleanliness and hygiene
  • Oversee pool activities to guarantee safety
  • Administer first aid when necessary
  • Assist Swimming Instructors and Management
  • Provide outstanding customer service
  • Foster relationships with clients
  • Stay informed about company initiatives and events
  • Adhere to Health and Safety regulations

Qualifications:

  • Current NPLQ or STA Pool Lifeguard Certification
  • Proficient swimming skills and confidence in aquatic environments
  • Exceptional customer service abilities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Self-driven and capable of working autonomously
