Job Title: FMCG Sales Account Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced FMCG Sales Account Manager to join our team at The Advocate Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for executing the commercial strategy for London halo customers, driving business performance, and building strong relationships with distributors and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, commercial marketing, and finance partners
  • Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual business performance reviews and forecasting
  • Champion compliance and professionalism, ensuring adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and policies
  • Deliver on RSVP3 goals annually (Range, Space, Visibility, Price, Promotion & Persuasion) at Account & store level

About You:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced sales professional with a minimum of 2-3 years of sales/commercial experience, including On Trade account management. You should have a strong ability to forecast accurately, attention to detail, and the ability to use data to create commercial arguments. Entrepreneurship and an eye for new opportunities are also essential.

What We Offer:

  • Salary of up to £50,000 + £6,000 car allowance + 10% bonus
  • 35 days holiday inclusive of public holidays
  • Private medical insurance provided by BUPA
