Senior National Account Manager - FMCG Sector

Join a leading wine business as a Senior National Account Manager and take on the challenge of delivering long-term business plans for a portfolio of accounts and customers, with a focus on Tesco.

We're looking for a passionate and experienced professional who can develop and execute strategies to drive distribution, availability, visibility, and promotion plans within the channel.

The ideal candidate will have FMCG account experience, ideally with Tesco, and be confident in representing a branded portfolio and articulating the unique selling proposition against competitors.

As a Senior National Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing long-term business plans for Tesco
  • Driving distribution, availability, visibility, and promotion plans within the channel
  • Working closely with the existing sales team to achieve key business objectives
  • Conducting sales/financial analysis and implementing changes to improve performance
  • Being a brand advocate and positively promoting the business at all opportunities
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing to ensure relevant promotional initiatives are communicated to clients
  • Coaching and mentoring a National Account Executive
