FMCG National Account Manager

As a FMCG National Account Manager, you will be responsible for heading up a grocer and driving growth for a household brand in the chilled desserts category.
About Our Client
A family-owned global FMCG business with a turnover of over 3 billion Euros and a sizeable UK branded and own-label offering. Category captains within chilled with a household-renowned brand and continued huge investment in NPD and exciting growth agenda into 2025.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate customer strategy that will exceed all objectives
- Add value to and be a harmonious part of a high-achieving team
- Understand and use all commercial processes to deliver on daily customer management
- Negotiate and influence for new listings, distribution increases, and additional promotion space
- Build cross-functional relationships and touchpoints to further embed your understanding of the brand/OL offering
Requirements
- Entrepreneurial self-starter with real passion and energy to deliver key wins
- Grocery National Account Management - managed sizeable P&L's across the top 4
- Exposure and experience working with a brand or own label, preferably both
- Demonstrable commercial wins through delivering strategic yet creative customer plans
- Have a natural curiosity and opinion. To challenge and be challenged
- Ability to build internal relationships in a high-functioning team
- Financial/commercial understanding together with intellect to interpret performance and recommend actions
- Highly influential both internally and externally and negotiation skills
- Desire to be part of a fast-paced, 'red tape' free entrepreneurial and agile-based culture
What's on Offer

Hybrid working - 3 days in London, 2 WFH.
