About the Role

We are seeking a talented National Account Manager to join our team at FMCG Selection. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving a portfolio of branded healthcare products within Tesco, Boots & Superdrug.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute promotional plans aligned with brand strategy to maximise product brand shares.
  • Provide influential support to customers, including developing joint business plans, forecasting sales, and maintaining updated reports.
  • Set promotional activity and control budgets to achieve sales targets and monitor account development.
  • Report competitor activity and contribute to the growth and development of the business.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must be a driven and dynamic individual with a proven track record of growing and developing business within retail customers, such as Boots, Superdrug or the wider Grocer Multiples. Experience within branded FMCG products is essential, ideally healthcare or OTC medicine.

You should be self-motivated and have the ability to build strong relationships with your customer. This is a home-based role, with travel to customers and an expectation to visit our South East head office once or twice a month.
