About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled National Account Manager to join our FMCG team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for formulating customer strategies that exceed all objectives and adding value to a high-achieving team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute customer plans that drive business growth and exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver commercial processes and daily customer management
  • Negotiate and influence for new listings, distribution increases, and additional promotion space

Requirements

  • Entrepreneurial self-starter with real passion and energy to deliver key wins
  • Grocery National Account Management experience, preferably with a brand or own label
  • Demonstrable commercial wins through delivering strategic yet creative customer plans
  • Ability to build internal relationships in a high-functioning team
  • Financial/commercial understanding and intellect to interpret performance and recommend actions
