National Account Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled National Account Manager to join our FMCG team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for formulating customer strategies that exceed all objectives and adding value to a high-achieving team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute customer plans that drive business growth and exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver commercial processes and daily customer management
- Negotiate and influence for new listings, distribution increases, and additional promotion space
Requirements
- Entrepreneurial self-starter with real passion and energy to deliver key wins
- Grocery National Account Management experience, preferably with a brand or own label
- Demonstrable commercial wins through delivering strategic yet creative customer plans
- Ability to build internal relationships in a high-functioning team
- Financial/commercial understanding and intellect to interpret performance and recommend actions
