Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Advisor. As a Customer Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, working on the shop floor, and assisting colleagues in the stock room.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that customers receive a positive experience in our stores.
  • Work on the shop floor, serving customers on tills and collection counters.
  • Assist colleagues in the stock room, maintaining a high level of stock accuracy and availability.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging shopping environment.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture, supporting colleagues and promoting a culture of respect and empathy.

Requirements:
